School leadership:
ICS has a CEO, a principal, and an assistant principal. Until last year, ICS had one lower school dean and one upper school dean who dealt with behavior issues, but now there is one assistant principal for climate and culture. The school also just hired a behavioral specialist to help the assistant principal.
